Part Time Sales Associate - Princeton, NJ

• Educate customers on in store products and outdoor experiences
• Create daily sales of products
• Spark customers interest in playing outside
• Assist in product flow from the back room to the sales floor
• Assist in daily merchandising on the sales floor
• Assist in executing promotional events and programs
• Ongoing self education of store products
• After hour store meetings and clinics
• Opportunity for full time position

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Must have the ability and willingness to provide world class customer service
• Must have a passion for the outdoors and be able to share that passion with others
• Must be able to education customers on outdoor equipment and apparel
• Must have flexible work hours and be willing to work nights and weekends

EDUCATION
• Must have past experience in sales
• Must have extensive knowledge of in store products and their real life applications
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
