The Best Return Policy in the Industry

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it - No Questions Asked. We will either repair it, replace it, exchange it, issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price in like tender. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

We do ask that you keep your receipt as proof of purchase. If you prefer a refund, we will credit your bank card or issue a refund check from our corporate office.

RETURNS

THERE ARE 2 EASY WAYS TO MAKE A RETURN:

1) You can return or exchange your order to any Blue Ridge Mountain Sports. Please bring a copy of your receipt or packing slip and the credit card in which you originally paid if you wish a refund.
OR
2) Ship it back to us:

  1. 1. Email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to request a free pre-paid UPS return label. We will respond within 2 business days with your free return label to your printer.
  2. 2. Simply re-package the item back in its box or another box.
  3. 3. Print this Return Merchandise Form, fill it out completely and include it with your return package.
  4. 4. Tape up the box and affix the pre-paid return UPS label over the original label using packaging tape.
  5. 5. Drop it off at any UPS store location. Again, there is no charge for return shipments.
  6. 6. Once we receive your return, we will process it in 7-10 business days.

Warranty & Repairs

Most of our products have lifetime warranties which are covered by the manufacturer. We will be happy to send the item back to the manufacturer for you (even if you didn’t buy it from us!). All we ask is a nominal shipping fee. Also, we would like to inform you that state laws require these items to be returned clean to the manufacturer or they must clean the item and thus charge you a cleaning fee. Please contact a store near you or customer service for additional information.
