• Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing in addition to delivery time.
• A tracking number for all USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, and all UPS shipments will be emailed once your order ships. If you created an account with us, you have total access to your tracking information (and much more!) 24-7
• Your credit card account will not be charged until your order has been confirmed and shipped.
• *Please note that we are unable to ship large items such as kayaks, canoes, vehicle cargo carriers, etc. But these items are available for purchase at our retail shop locations.

* We ship only to addresses within the USA, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, & Guam.
* As a courtesy to military customers serving overseas, we ship free to APO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS) even if UPS is specified.

We love free stuff and we think it's great to offer free shipping & free returns to all our customers. Most orders with free shipping will be delivered via USPS. However, we reserve the right to ship in the manner we determine is best. These decisions are often based upon delivery location, order weight and how much coffee we've had that morning.
