SHIPPING & RETURNS
AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER...
- Please allow up to 1 business day for processing in addition to the shipping time for delivery.
- A tracking number for all USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, and all UPS shipments will be emailed to you once your order ships. Or if you created an account with us, you can access your order's tracking information (and much more!) at any time after your order has shipped.
- Your credit card account will not be charged until your order has been confirmed and shipped.
- *Please note that we are unable to ship large items such as kayaks, canoes, vehicle cargo carriers, etc. But these items are available for purchase at our retail shop locations.
* We ship only to addresses within the USA, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam & Canada.
* As a courtesy to military customers serving overseas, we ship free to APO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS) even if UPS is specified.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) with the following options:
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Days excluding Sunday
- USPS Express Mail: 1-2 Days excluding Sunday
- UPS Ground: 1-6 Business Days
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Business Days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

THERE ARE 2 EASY WAYS TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to request a free pre-paid UPS return label. We will respond within 24 business hours with an email that includes a link to print out your free return label to your printer.
- Simply re-package the item back in its box or another box.
- Write down instructions on the packing slip that came with your order or another sheet of paper telling us what you would like to have done (exchange for another size or color, full item refund, etc) and include it with your return.
- Tape up the box and affix the pre-paid return UPS label over the original label using packaging tape.
- Drop it off at any UPS store location. Again, there is no charge for return shipments.
- Once we receive your return, we will process it in 3-4 business days.
1) You can return or exchange your order to any Blue Ridge shop. Please bring a copy of your receipt or packing slip and the credit card in which you originally paid if you wish a refund.
